DEADLINES ARE January FIRST, 2010! Sorry for continuously extending it, but this is the VERY last time; I just don't want to be stressing out about prizes and such during Christmas ^^" SORRY! I'll get another reminder up in just a bit!

IN ADVANCE! BOTH CONTEST'S CONTESTANTS MAY EITHER DRAW, PAINT, SCULPT, WRITE, RENDER, OR PHOTOGRAPH THEIR ENTRY!!!!!!!

CONTEST #1

Transformation!
^RULES:
Transform one of the following characters into a different animal (any animal, INCLUDING humans OR mythical creatures!).

NO SKETCHES will be accepted in this contest.
NO LINEART from others will be accepted in this contest.
You do NOT have to make a background, but please color. Shading is NOT neccessary, but may help.

^JUDGING
Please realize art will be judged on:

ARTISTIC ability (I'll be honest with you)
But of course, most importantly, CREATIVITY!

FIRST PLACE - Full-Color Drawing, Background If You'd Like (I'll seriously try on this one x3), A Full-Color, Chibi Version of One of Your Characters, And A Two Week Feature In My Journal
SECOND PLACE - Full-Color Drawing, No Background. Full Color, Chibi version of One of Your Characters, And a One Week Feature in My Journal
THIRD PLACE - Full color, Chibi version of One of Your Characters, And a One Week Feature in My Journal

DEMONIZE
^RULES:
Demonize (make an "evil flipside" of) one of the following characters, and put him/her in a fight with one of YOUR characters. Try to make it seem rather evenly matched, neither winning, neither losing. You may also use Xayaa's flipside, Aayax... but she's extremely strong. Try to take into account the character's personalities/biography (E.I. Xakai is ghostly... so perhaps make her more ferocious and transparent... etc).

Can we enter the same drawing in both?

What media can we use?
You can use Traditional, Digital, using paint, markers, pencils, sculpting, photography, writing (poetry or story), rendering, anything!
What do you mean by "no sketches?"
Oh! Sorry, I wasn't too clear on this x.x" When I say "no sketches" I just mean I don't want a bunch of scribbly-messsy-pencil all over the page x3 This doesn't mean you need to make sure the lineart is spotless if that's all you choose to do, just please try to make sure there's a strict, obvious single line with either extremely dark pencil or pen (if you're doing it with traditional methods), or with an obvious lineart-ing color if done digitally. If you don't understand this answer, please just tell me, I had some problems explaining this. x3
